Hadyiah Usenbor, the founder of College & Careers Redefined has been doing the work of connecting young adults to their career goals since 2019. She has worked within foster care where she supported young adults with enrollment and kept them on the path to graduation as well as supported them with receiving grants and scholarships. Since then she has collaborated with alternative high schools, CBO’s and private colleges by developing curriculums, hosting workshops and seminars around the importance of closing the gap between high school graduation and meaningful careers.
